Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Business PM) to lead enterprise-level initiatives within the US Healthcare domain. This is an individual contributor role that involves working closely with senior leadership and Program Managers/Directors to drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will manage strategic projects, perform data-driven analysis, and ensure seamless stakeholder coordination to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Align business vision and objectives with projects across multiple departments.
- Own end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Establish and manage project/program governance frameworks.
- Prepare and present progress updates, issue logs, and budget reports to Steering Committees.
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership and project teams for smooth execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across departments.
- Identify process improvements, eliminate redundancies, and implement best practices.
- Perform data analysis, interpret insights, and prepare presentations for leadership.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and secure client approvals for implementation.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Must have at least 10 to 18 years of experience in Project Management domain (non technical).
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Management and Insurance industry operations.
- Proven experience in Consulting/Business Development with project management expertise.
- Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Independent working style with minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Expertise in problem management and resolution.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze and visualize data, extract actionable insights, and share across teams.
