The Role: Were looking for a Project Manager who can lead from the middle, someone who understands both the creative brain and the business need. This role sits at the heart of the studio, owning projects end-to-end and ensuring momentum across teams and clients.

This isnt about chasing creatives or pleasing clients. Its about creating the conditions where great work can happen. Youll translate strategy into action, define scope and schedules, and ensure what leaves the studio is as strong as what was envisioned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery from kickoff to final handover
• Translate strategy and creative briefs into clear scopes, timelines, and execution plans
• Lead internal kick-offs, manage reviews, and ensure next steps are always clear
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping deliverables on time, on budget, and on point
• Coordinate across design, strategy, content, and production teams to maintain momentum
• Act as the internal anchor for projects, ensuring clarity, accountability, and smooth collaboration
• Anticipate risks, flag issues early, and resolve problems quickly and decisively
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers using Asana and Google Sheets
• Keep momentum high through efficient timelines, clear plans, and well-structured team workflows
• Bring a point of view to projects by offering thoughtful recommendations, improving processes, and shaping how work is approached
• Flag risks early, course-correct when needed, and help teams navigate ambiguity with clarity
• Support leadership with clear status updates, dependencies, and progress reporting

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience managing projects in a design studio, branding, packaging, or advertising environment
• Comfortable juggling multiple timelines, stakeholders, and priorities without losing sight of quality
• Confident using Asana, Excel/Google Sheets, and Keynote for project management, scopes, budgets, and presentations
• Near-zero inbox mindset with strong written communication
• Curious and adaptable, open to using AI tools extensively to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
