Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / PMO with strong SaaS product experience to manage large-scale, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, experience in cloud-based SaaS environments, and strong governance/reporting exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of SaaS-based technical projects
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, QA, and Business teams
• Define project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and milestones
• Monitor sprint planning, release cycles, and deployment schedules
• Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Establish PMO governance, reporting frameworks, and KPIs
• Manage stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards
• Coordinate cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and integration activities
• Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and resource planning trackers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / PMO
• Strong experience in SaaS product environments
• Hands-on understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Good knowledge of APIs, integrations, microservices architecture
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent technology projects

Preferred:

• Experience in enterprise SaaS product companies
• PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe certification
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
