Job Requirements

1. Exp-16+Years experience into Project Management & Process Engineering from API/ Bulk drugs/ Intermediate industry
2. Qualification - B.E. Chemical
3. Designation Project Manager
4. Location- Vadodara (Corporate office)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Process Engineering for Projects At All Locations - Preparation of Process Data Sheets for Designed Equipments, helping in Instrumentation & Automation Activities from Process viewpoint, Preparation of documents as per GMP.
• Providing support in Project Execution - Coordinating with Project team, plant officials & contractors for different site activities, Coordinating with vendors & purchase team for timely supply of material, Studying & Understanding local Standards & Regulations during Execution of Projects.
• Providing support in Optimization/Automation of Existing Processes At All Locations - Studying Existing processes and understanding areas of optimization/automation at all company locations (India, USA, S/E Asia). Comparing Existing processes and Designing new processes for optimization.
• Providing support and assistance in Vendor Development - Coordinating with Existing vendors / New vendors / contractors for Equipments, job works, etc. Based on process requirements for a project Optimization.
• Experience in GMP project design and execution required. Experience in scale-up and technology transfer for pharma products is preferred.
