Project Manager – Murex (Treasury & Capital Markets)

We are looking for a seasonedMurex Project Managerto drive a high-impact Treasury & Capital Markets transformation program within a regulated banking environment.

This is not a coordination role this is aprogram ownership positionrequiring strategic oversight, regulatory alignment, and executive-level stakeholder management across business, IT, and vendor ecosystems.

If you have led large-scale Murex implementations in complex banking landscapes, this opportunity is designed for you.

• End-to-end delivery of Murex (MX.3 / MX.4) across Front Office, Middle Office & Back Office
• Governance of scope, budget, timelines, risk and multi-stream dependencies
• Alignment across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture
• Oversight of integrations spanning Trading, Market Data, Credit, Accounting & Reporting
• Regulatory readiness including SAMA compliance, IFRS 9 / IFRS 13 adherence
• Steering committee management and executive stakeholder communication

• 1215+ years in Banking IT / Financial Systems transformation
• 7+ years leading enterprise-level Murex programs
• Deep understanding of Treasury products: FX, Money Markets, IRS, Bonds, Derivatives
• Strong exposure to Risk (Market / Credit), Valuation, P&L & Finance integration
• Prior experience with KSA / GCC banking institutions (Mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage large vendor ecosystems and regulatory environments

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with large-scale Murex upgrades or greenfield implementations
• Strong understanding of regulator-driven banking landscapes
