Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver construction and real estate projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, coordination with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and timely execution of the project.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure project compliance with RERA, local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion. Regularly update the senior leadership team on project progress, including risks and issues. Manage the quality control process to ensure the construction meets industry standards. Address issues and resolve conflicts related to construction, deadlines, and design.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget.
• PMC coordination. Defining scope of work with them and subsequent follow-ups.
• Ensure effective after-sales service, including maintenance and warranties (until the handover of the project is concluded).
• Responsible for customization & execution of customer requirements.
• Handover to the association
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of the on-site construction workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in managing large-scale real estate development projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD.
• Understanding of building codes and real estate regulations in India.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility in working hours

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil with 10+ Years Experience
