Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (MEP) at WProjects Management LLP, located in New Delhi. The Project Manager (MEP) will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget. The role requires close collaboration with different departments, conducting inspections, managing logistics, expediting project timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills with experience in overseeing MEP projects
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles
• Inspection skills to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations
• Logistics Management skills for effective coordination and execution of project tasks
• 15+ years of experience in related fields
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Project Management Expertise:
• Proficient in managing large, complex MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to handle budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and sub-contractors.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Knowledge of local and international standards for MEP installations.

Education

• Bachelors Degree (minimum) in a related field:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Construction Management
• Building Services Engineering
• Masters Degree (optional, but beneficial):
• Advanced Engineering or Business Administration
