About the Opportunity
Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is inviting applications from experienced and strategic Project Managers for our Head Office (HO) operations.
This role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating multiple projects across various locations. The selected candidate will act as a central link between site teams, clients, management, and support functions, ensuring standardized execution, quality compliance, cost control, and timely project delivery.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager (HO), you will:
- Oversee and monitor multiple ongoing projects from Head Office.
- Review project schedules, resource deployment, and execution strategies.
- Track progress against milestones and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.
- Review and approve project documentation, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards across projects.
- Support contract administration, billing validation, and claim management.
- Conduct periodic site visits and project review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support project mobilization, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to site-based project teams.
- Report project performance to senior management.
Who Were Looking For
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (Mandatory)
- 1015 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Minimum 5 years in multi-project management or HO coordination role preferred
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract management
- Experience in handling multiple sites and diverse project portfolios
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / SAP / Excel (preferred)
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
