Management Level Definition:

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

 

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate successful project definition, planning, scheduling, resourcing
  • Manages Security project transition to operations
  • Manages internal POR & transformation projects
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through a change control process
  • Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks 
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to client,  project  teams, and other project stakeholders
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
  • Makes decisions, escalates where/when needed
  • Very large/ complex/ single or multiple region.
  • Identifies and develops new opportunities with client.
  • Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

 

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
  • Makes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
  • Leadership:  Forming and leading teams to successful outcomes by eliminating barriers and delivering results.
  • Project Methodology:  Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning, tracking and performance.
  • Accountability: Own and drive results with a sense of urgency.
