Job Summary
Lead and oversee project planning and governance activities to ensure successful delivery of complex IT projects

Drive comprehensive project planning efforts to define scope timelines resources and deliverables Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project objectives with business goals Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address risks and issues promptly Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting to provide transparency on project status Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance and identifying best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans in alignment with strategic objectives Define and enforce governance policies processes and standards across multiple projects Manage project risks dependencies and resource allocation to optimize delivery outcomes Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve escalations Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance project management capabilities Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
