Education: Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or equivalent

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai

Work Model: Hybrid 3 Days Work from Office

Notice Period: April Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Requirements

AMS experience is a MUST

ITIL support experience is a MUST

Proven experience as a Project Manager (Manufacturing projects is a plus)

Experience in resource management, risk management, project planning & tracking

Strong knowledge of SLA tracking and reporting

Experience working in Onsite-Offshore model coordination & governance

Experience in SOW creation, invoicing, and iManage

Ability to support Order-to-Cash processes within LTIM

Strong understanding of LTIM processes and policy adherence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ITIL Certification (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Own end-to-end delivery and ensure project governance

Collaborate with customer architects, tech leads, Product Owners & stakeholders

Drive SLA adherence and reporting excellence

Ensure smooth onsite-offshore coordination

Mentor and guide team members
