Role Description

We are seeking a Project Manager for a full-time and on-site role based in Pune. As a Project Manager at Little Duck Productions, you will oversee video production projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and clients, tracking deliverables, resolving any escalations, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. You will play a critical role in maintaining project efficiency and elevating client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Strong skills in Expeditor tasks and Inspection processes
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication abilities to liaise with teams and clients
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the media or video production industry is a plus
