Job Description

Sabre is a technology company that powers the global travel industry. Every day, millions of consumers and employees interact with our technology worldwide. We are seeking a 6-month contractor to join our Lodging Ground Services (LGS) team for a key strategic project focused on aggregator connectivity, content quality and go-to-market execution.


This role is highly execution-driven and reports directly to the Head of LGS, APAC. You will manage day-to-day operational execution while maintaining a clear view of commercial and strategic outcomes. Key responsibilities

  • Monitor aggregator API performance and identify gaps related to content flow, mapping inconsistencies, response times, error codes and stability.
  • Partner with product, aggregator partners and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance connection quality.
  • Validate that all contracted content, room types, rate plans and pricing structures surface accurately.
  • Conduct systematic audits on content completeness, mapping accuracy, images, amenities and rate rules.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate underperforming content to internal teams and aggregator partners.
  • Support the activation of pilot agencies and ensure readiness across configuration, access, documentation and onboarding.
  • Track performance metrics including searches, conversions, error rates and pricing competitiveness throughout the pilot period.
  • Build and maintain a structured rollout plan including milestones, dependencies, go/no-go criteria and communication checkpoints.
  • Deliver reporting on rollout progress, blockers and commercial impact to ensure smooth pilot-to-scale execution.
  • Coordinate across supply, tech and commercial teams to translate findings into continuous improvements.
  • Support go-to-market documentation, training materials and internal communications.
  • Provide weekly and monthly summaries on performance trends and operational insights.


Preferred qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel distribution, aggregator platforms, channel managers, OTA B2B or travel technology.
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations, mapping logic, rate and room structures and supplier/aggregator frameworks.
  • Proven experience with content validation, connectivity testing and operational rollout execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance dashboards and error diagnostics.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • High performer who is disciplined, dependable and intuitive.
