Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development . The ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer and progressed into project management , with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, modern technologies, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across backend and frontend teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, Business Analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance leveraging your full stack experience.
• Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of total experience in software development and project management.
• Strong hands-on background in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.).
• Proven experience managing multiple full-stack projects from inception to delivery.
• Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Candidate must reside near Siruseri, Chennai , and be willing to work 5 days a week from office .

Certifications (Mandatory):

• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (Certified Scrum Master) / PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
