Job Title: Project Manager / Program Manager Infrastructure & Server Projects

Job Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Experience:12+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and server-based initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a PMP certification and proven expertise in scoping, sequencing, and delivering complex technical programs. This role will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and server-related projects from initiation through closure.
• Define detailed project scope, milestones, dependencies, and sequencing plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, server, network, security, and operations teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to PMP/PMO best practices and organizational standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and executives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Key Requirements:

• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in infrastructure or server projects.
• Strong background in on-prem, data center, or hybrid server environments.
• Expertise in project scoping, sequencing, and multi-phase technical project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure transformations or server migrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments.
• ITIL or other infrastructure-related certifications.
