Role Overview

The Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs. The role requires involvement from concept to commercialization and deployment. This role requires strong execution rigor, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to drive complex programs across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Program Manager who can define scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk, ensuring programs are delivered on time and meet business and customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Ownership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end program execution from requirements definition to final delivery and closure.
• Translate business goals into executable program plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Drive programs across R&D, electrical/mechanical engineering, firmware/software, sourcing, manufacturing, QA, and deployment.

2. Planning & Execution

• Build and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track progress against milestones, identify slippages early, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure dependencies across teams are identified and actively managed.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of accountability for program status.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Align internal teams and partners toward common delivery goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in hardware-centric environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs end to end.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, from design to production.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to manufacturing ramp-up, pilot builds, and mass production.
• Ability to work in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments.
