Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager, Interior Fitouts Projects at ESS KAY FURNISHERS. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of interior fitout projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, managing project schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the role requires the management of logistics and expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. This is an on-site role located in West Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and project closure
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely project delivery
• Inspection skills for quality control and ensuring compliance with standards
• Logistics Management skills to handle materials and services efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the interior fitouts industry is a plus
