• Budgeting: Manage the project budget and ensure it's adhered to
• Contracting: Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Quality control: Ensure the project meets contractual and legal requirements
• Safety: Ensure the project meets health and safety standards
• Communication: Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and manage expectations
• Execution: Oversee construction operations and ensure deadlines are met

Reporting: Evaluate project performance and prepare detailed reports
