Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO ServiceNow to support project governance, planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination across ServiceNow engagements. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery, compliance with project standards, and effective communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project governance for ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, status reports, project plans, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Client stakeholders.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status reports to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support financial tracking including budget monitoring, invoicing coordination, and effort tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation or ITSM/ITOM projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM preferred).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification (good to have).
• Experience in client-facing project environments
