Project Manager Infrastructure Services

The IT Infrastructure Transformation Manager leads strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring that infrastructure transformation aligns with enterprise goals, enhances operational efficiency, and supports digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT infrastructure transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.

Oversee modernization, and optimization projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Drive adoption of automation.

Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in transformation Mgmt.

Proven expertise in virtualization, Database, EUS, Middleware, Citrix and Storage areas.

Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and change management frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
