Project Manager

About the role

Were hiring a Project Manager to support the growth and maturity of Agile practices across our software development teams. Based in our India office, this role will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, UX Design and QA to ensure our product delivery cycles are focused, iterative, and grounded in shared understanding.

This role isnt just about enforcing ceremonyits about removing blockers, promoting clarity, and enabling continuous improvement. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting high-performance Agile teams, championing best practices, and creating an environment where product and engineering teams can ship value to donors faster and more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies & rituals
• Support delivery and unblock teams
• Coach teams on Agile best practices
• Promote alignment and visibility
• Collaborate across time zones and functions

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead in a tech environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and hybrid approaches (Agile/Lean/XP)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA)
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence; experience managing workflows, boards, reports
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating time zone differences and working asynchronously
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
