Job Description
Role: Project Manager High-Rise Residential
Location: Indore (On-site)
Experience: 10+ years in high-rise construction
Salary: Best in industry (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of a luxury high-rise residential project
- Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting & progress monitoring
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors & internal teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory standards
- Manage site teams and ensure timely project delivery
- Implement best practices in construction, vendor management & reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong track record of managing high-rise residential projects (luxury segment preferred)
- Expertise in project management, execution, QA/QC, safety norms
- Leadership abilities to handle multi-disciplinary site teams
- Excellent communication, coordination & decision-making skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and drive timely results
