Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and project delivery for our growth marketing agency. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day client communication via Slack, email, and calls
• Coordinate work across SEO analysts, designers, developers, and HubSpot specialists to get the work done
• Review deliverables before they go to clients, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations with confidence
• Track project timelines and hold team members accountable for deadlines
• Identify upsell opportunities and flag risks early
• Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in project management or customer success at a digital marketing agency
• Working knowledge of SEO, web development, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and design - you don't need to be an expert, but you need to understand enough to challenge the team and speak intelligently to clients
• Strong project management instincts - you're organized, detail-oriented, and can keep multiple workstreams moving
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable being direct - you know when to push back on clients and when to crack the whip internally
• Experience working with international clients (UK/US preferred)
