About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Digital Transformation Consultant / Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and digital commerce strategy . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and bridging business requirements with technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation and e-commerce implementation projects across FMCG, D2C, and B2B models.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for web and app platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, backlog grooming, sprint planning, QA/UAT, and delivery .
- Partner with CXO-level and senior global stakeholders to ensure alignment, governance, and adoption.
- Drive customer engagement and commerce optimization by launching new features using MarTech solutions (gamification, personalization, automation).
- Manage vendors, agencies, and internal teams , ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing programs to boost adoption and internal capability .
- Spearhead change management processes, translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns , leveraging analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to improve engagement and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of experience in project management, digital commerce, and transformation programs .
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Marketing Automation platforms .
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), JIRA, and stakeholder management .
- Expertise in GTM strategy, content management, and performance marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, Analytics) .
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical deliverables .
- Strong background in vendor management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in Management, Marketing, or Technology .
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, or Product Management .
- Experience working with global FMCG or D2C brands .
