About the Project

We are currently executing a multi-tower residential development (~3.86 lakh sq. ft.) comprising:

• 3 Residential Towers
• 2 Basements + Stilt
• Deep excavation (~40 ft)
• Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) structural system
• Fast-track floor cycle execution

This is a technically demanding project requiring strong planning discipline, structural understanding and high-level coordination capability.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution control of this high-rise residential project.

This is not a routine monitoring role. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving structured execution, maintaining cycle discipline and ensuring seamless coordination across civil, structural, MEP and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Control

• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule
• Enforce Mivan floor cycle discipline
• Conduct delay analysis and implement recovery plans
• Lead weekly coordination and review meetings

Structural & Mivan Execution Oversight

• Monitor Mivan panel assembly and alignment
• Ensure embed readiness before each concrete pour
• Prevent repetition of structural defects
• Maintain quality benchmarks in monolithic RCC execution

Multi-Discipline Coordination

• Integrate Civil, Structural, MEP and Finishing packages
• Ensure pre-pour embed coordination
• Coordinate with architects and consultants

Commercial & Reporting Oversight

• Validate executed quantities and RA bills
• Monitor cost against approved budgets
• Ensure structured documentation and reporting

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead the PMC site team
• Work in coordination with client-deputed planning and billing personnel
• Maintain a clear line of communication and escalation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1015+ years experience in high-rise residential construction
• Hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork projects
• Exposure to basement construction
• Strong planning and coordination capability
• Technically sound in RCC execution
• Leadership presence and structured working style
