Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Project Delivery for the Consumer & Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing complex projects, optimizing supply chain processes, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analysis of supply chain processes, including:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement
• Logistics
• Distribution
• Evaluate current supply chain systems, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and implement cost-effective support models for service delivery, covering:
• Application Maintenance
• Design-Build-Test-Release engagements
• Drive Transition Management, Rollouts, Release Management, and AMS support.
• Manage Sizing, Estimation, Solutioning, and ensure adherence to Project Financials, Quality, and Productivity improvement.
• Collaborate with vertical and horizontal teams to:
• Assist Sales with RFP responses
• Present Case Studies during client visits
• Review RFPs and solutions

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution).
• Proven expertise in Project Management and People Management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Thought leadership in:
