Project Manager

Established Public Ltd Company requires Project Manager at Guindy, Chennai. Qualified post graduate with min 8-10 years experience to plan, execute, and deliver civil and engineering-related projects. The role involves managing varied works such as civil structures/buildings, waterproofing, structural, coordination, tendering planning, execution, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Manage civil projects such as building structures, flooring, waterproofing, structural repairs, quality control, office refurbishments etc.

Coordinate with Consultants, Vendors, contractors etc.

Plan project timelines, budgets, BOQs, resource allocation, etc

Supervise Contractors and Vendors to ensure quality controls, safety, and timely completion

Track project costs, verify bills, maintain progress reports, etc.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

810 years of experience in civil or project management

Strong project planning and execution skills

Vendor and Contractor management

Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project is an added advantage

Salary: Around Rs 50,000 , commensurate rate with relevant experience
