Position Description


The purpose of this role is managing project and service delivery of all products & services. The project also requires planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services, On Time Delivery within budget implementation of the complete project, drive customer engagement to address customer dependencies & E2E project delivery along with enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities


Project Management

Engage customers through effective communication to understand and address their project requirements.

Conduct project kick-off meetings/calls with customers to align expectations and goals.

Resolve customer dependencies to ensure smooth project progression.

Share the project plan with the customer for transparency and alignment.

Implement end-to-end tracking and monitoring of project delivery to maintain a comprehensive overview.

Provide proactive and timely project status updates to keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project stages and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Conduct project follow-ups, manage escalations, and resolve constraints to maintain project momentum.

Oversee the delivery of third-party media/bandwidth to meet project requirements.

Lead customer Premises Equipment (CPE) integration and test to ensure seamless functionality.

Schedule planned activities with customers to optimize project timelines.

Accelerate and maximize revenue by ensuring the faster deployment of projects.

People Management

Work closely with the team for seamless execution of the tasks.


Knowledge, Certifications and Experience


Education Qualification MBA with a B. Tech / B.E. Degree

Total Experience 6+ years of experience in project execution experience in Telecom/ISP Industry
