Project Manager

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Project Manager for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. The position is a full-time opportunity in Ahmedabad, India , or for those who are willing to relocate.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK .

Experience: 4-6 years

CTC: 10-18 LPA

Location: On-site (Ahmedabad)

Time: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ERP and digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Plan, structure, and execute projects based on Project Initiation Documents (PIDs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and providing clear, documented status updates.
• Monitor project budgets, margins, and commercial performance; manage invoicing and aged receivables.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and scope changes; work with functional consultants to define mitigation plans.
• Coordinate closely with functional consultants, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery timelines; report progress to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Prevent scope creep by clearly managing expectations and agreed deliverables.
• Support day-to-day project operations, including stand-ups and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience managing IT/ ERP/digital projects in a software company or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive delivery mindset.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
