Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project goals align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects as per defined timelines and scope
• Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track project progress and manage risks and dependencies
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Ensure quality standards and compliance are met
• Manage budgets and resource allocation
• Handle change requests and resolve project issues

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
