Job Description: Project Manager - FastTrack

Location - Bengaluru- KA

Work Mode- Work from Office

Compensation- Commensurate with role and project responsibility

Type of Returnship- Work from Office

Period of Returnship- 3 months

Technical Skills

• Drive sales targets for fastrack channel.
• Drive performance of New stores, Top 50 and concern stores
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, legal, business development and IRSG to ensure end-to-end process for new stores and renovations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure closure of projects as per timelines and achieve business objectives.
• Drive quality of execution
• Identify new opportunities for penetrating into new towns/locations.
• Work closely with regional BD/sales team to identify properties/franchisees that are in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor timelines for new stores and renovations.

• Develop and drive customer experience, GMB, NPS
• Work with merchandising teams across categories to ensure product availability
• Efficient Franchise and People management
• Provide regular updates to management on market trends, and competitive landscape.
