Role: Project Manager (F&A) Domain (Level-7)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 13 to 18 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting (F&A) professional with strong domain expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Record to Report (R2R), combined with project management and ERP implementation experience (SAP / Oracle). The candidate will lead finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and system implementations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end F&A transformation projects across O2C, P2P, or R2R workstreams
• Manage ERP implementations and enhancements using SAP or Oracle Financials
• Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization across finance operations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery timelines
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Lead UAT, data migration, change management, and training activities
• Track KPIs, financial metrics, and project performance to ensure business value realization
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital finance transformation

Required Skills & Experience

• 1020+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A)
• Strong domain expertise in O2C, P2P, or R2R
• Proven experience in SAP (S/4HANA / ECC) or Oracle Financials implementation
• Strong project management experience (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
• Experience in finance transformation, automation, and process re-engineering
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification
• Experience in shared services / global delivery / consulting environments
• Experience in digital finance, RPA, AI, or analytics
• Prior experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects
