Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Kochi. The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, managing logistics, monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, and ensuring efficient resource allocation for project success.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe, timely, and costeffective execution of faade and all projects from initiation to completion. The role involves endtoend project coordination, site supervision, and compliance with Schcocertified standards, while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and execute faade projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth workflow and uninterrupted execution

Site Management & Coordination

• Manage site logistics, storage, and installation activities
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors at project sites
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Quality ,Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with Schcocertified standards and company quality norms
• Enforce site safety protocols and statutory compliance
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and coordinate inspections and approvals

Material & Resource Management

• Plan and monitor dispatch of materials and equipment to project sites
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery
• Coordinate with procurement and stores to avoid shortages or delays

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress and identify risks or delays at an early stage
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Conduct regular site reviews and followups to ensure adherence to plans

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on projectrelated matters
• Address client queries and coordinate resolutions promptly
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional execution

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and ability to oversee complex projects
• Experience in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor
• Strong skills in Inspection and maintaining quality standards
• Expertise in Logistics Management and coordination
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Btec in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or fabrication industry is a plus
