What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end management of OUI shows: from concept to curtain call for baithaks, mehfils, and tours.
• Coordinate seamlessly with artists, venues, partners, and vendors to hit every deadline and deliver wow-factor production.
• Champion guest experienceensuring every attendee leaves inspired, while nailing backstage ops and quality control.
• Troubleshoot on-site magic (or mishaps), scale projects, and innovate to keep our events fresh and flawless.

Who You Are

• 13 years crushing events or live projects (think music festivals, cultural gigs, or brand activations).
• Deep passion for Indian culture, music, and live artsyou live for the vibe of a perfect baithak.
• Organized wizard with Excel, planning tools, and vendor wrangling skills; thrives in fast-paced chaos.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with artists and stakeholders; flexible for travel and odd hours.
• Bonus: Experience with ticketing, artist management, or cultural IPs.
