Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Scrum Master with 12 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a basic understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, sales and operations.
  • Track project progress, escalate risks, and help remove blockers.
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Support in defining project scope & milestones.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum principles, Agile processes, and team best practices.
  • Maintain sprint boards, product backlogs, and burndown charts.
  • Help identify process improvements and enhance team productivity.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear requirements and effective prioritization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on expectations and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly and proactively.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to drive project success.

Tools & Documentation

  • Work with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and updated.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or as a Scrum Master.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC concepts.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) or Agile certification.
  • Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or product environment.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, reporting, and documentation best practices.
  • Understanding of risk management and quality assurance basics.
