Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electronics Warfare with prior training and experience in a relevant engineering field, to plan, organize, direct, and lead internal and external program activities. The Project Manager will lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks working with Product & Strategy team to manage the budget and schedule, as well as with the end user, and the Tech team to satisfy the technical objectives while meeting all the contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership: Project Managers take ownershipwe seek individuals who instinctively step up, take responsibility, and foster a high-performance culture. They lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with the end user and the engineering team. Their role involves defining the technical strategy for success, pinpointing engineering requirements, and ensuring the anticipated product outcome aligns with user needs. PMs are entrusted with substantial responsibilities early on, empowering them to take full charge of their accounts and drive their success.
• Communicate/Engage: Partner closely with end users to understand their mission challenges and advocate for their needs/requirements while collaborating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to develop solutions that address key national security concerns. PMs play a crucial role in providing strategic insights that guide the product development process, ensuring engineers have a clear understanding of the operational requirements.
• Build/Manage: Collaborate with engineers to develop solutions and adapt the approach as needed to align with project requirements. Building our intricate hardware and software products demands coordination across multiple internal teamsengineering, product, logistics, finance, technical operations, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, consulted, and well-informed to maintain alignment and drive project success.
• Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with both internal and external partners. Work with clients and engineers to build execution plans & milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Electronics, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years experience in hardware-centric program management, specifically in one or more:
• RF systems / wireless communications
• Electronic Warfare / SIGINT
• Embedded or FPGA-based systems
• Demonstrated experience managing:
• PCB design cycles and board bring-up
• RF lab testing using spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators
• Hardware validation and environmental testing
• Strong understanding of:
• RF fundamentals (link budgets, noise figure, interference)
• Sampling theory and SDR architecture
• Hardware-software co-design constraints
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.
• Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.
• Comfortable with working in limited resource environments.
