Project Manager Electrical Division

From Cunado Group, a leading multinational company in the distribution of pipes, fittings, valves and cables, we are looking for a Project Manager Electrical Division profile at our headquarters in Chennai to perform, among others, the following functions:

• Manage POs from award till delivery to site
• Organize PO kick off meetings and subsequent vendor meetings
• Analysis of suppliers, with prices and qualities.
• Preparation of the documentation requested by the client.
• Visiting manufacturers and customers.
• Placing orders with manufacturers.
• Preparation of follow-up reports for customers and suppliers.
• Collaboration in development and growth
• Track and expedite vendor documents
• Coordinate between freight forwarder, clients and vendors to arrange shipping, customs clearance and shipping documentation
• Prepare weekly/monthly expediting reports and issue to client
• Collaborate with HQ and other international branches

Minimum requirements:

• High level of english.
• Good command of Excel
• Good knowledge of Cable markets for Oil & Gas and Energy projects, using manufacturers according to end users AVLs.
• Demonstrable experience of managing electrical projects.
