Job Description: Project Manager Directories & Infrastructure Access

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Role Overview:

The Project Manager Directories & Infrastructure Access will lead and manage large-scale, infrastructure-heavy initiatives focused on directories, access provisioning, and security-driven platforms. The role requires strong technical understanding along with end-to-end project lifecycle ownership and global stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Security

• Strong infrastructure understanding (AD, directories, access provisioning)
• IT Security fundamentals
• Experience in software development/infrastructure projects
• Understanding of tech architecture & infrastructure platforms

Project Delivery

• Agile project delivery (POD leadership)
• Full project lifecycle ownership
• Risk and issue management
• Cost, efficiency & financial governance

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Senior stakeholder management (ED/MD level)
• Strong coordination in global remote teams
• Strategic thinking and decision making

Role Nature:

• This is a highly infrastructure-focused role requiring deep infra + security knowledge with the ability to drive large global technical initiatives.
