Role Description

This is full time on-site Project Manager position based at Mumbai

Project Execution: Full cycle execution from mobilization to handover, ensuring quality and compliance.

Site Management: Strong control on timelines, manpower, contractors, and resource allocation.

Budget & Cost Control: Expertise in BOQ review, cost estimation, value engineering, and P&L oversight.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Prequalification, negotiations, monitoring performance, and enforcing SLAs.

Compliance & Safety: Adherence to statutory norms, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability.

Leadership & Teaming: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Added Advantage PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED/Green Building certification.echnical & Software Expertise:

Project Management Tools MS Project, Primavera P6.

Design & Coordination AutoCAD, Revit (basic).

Collaboration & Reporting BIM 360, Procore, MS Office Suite.

Bonus Familiarity with ERP systems for construction/hospitality projects.

EXPERIENCE

35 years of progressive experience in project execution and construction management, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of delivering hospitality, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects on time and within budget.
