Product Sales Manager: AVSI Audio Visual System Integration (Sales & OEM Coordination)

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 5+ Years (AVSI)


Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Sales Executive to support and manage our Samsung, Lenovo, and AV System Integration (AVSI) product portfolio business & OEM transactions in the 1st level;


  • The role will focus on vendor/OEM coordination, BOQ management, product support, and cross-functional alignment.


The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of IT hardware, AV technology solutions, commercial pricing structures, and proven experience managing vendor relationships & proposal making. This position plays a critical role in enabling smooth pricing flows, accurate BOQ creation, and timely support for internal sales, pre-sales, procurement, and project teams


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product coordination, AV/IT vendor management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware (Samsung / Lenovo) and AV technologies.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, BOQ creation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and timelines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will be owning the Sales Targets & driving for closures


Key Responsibilities

OEM & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with OEMs/vendors (Samsung, Lenovo, AVSI partners) for timely commercials, pricing, and proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal & External stakeholders to ensure quick turnaround and accuracy of information.
  • Follow up on pending quotes, technical clarifications, and required documentation.


BOQ Management:

  • Consolidate and validate BOQs after receiving inputs from multiple OEMs/vendors as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project/client requirements.
  • Compare pricing, identify deviations, and recommend cost optimization opportunities.


Product & Domain Support:

  • Act as a product/domain specialist for AVSI, IT hardware, displays, collaboration solutions, and related offerings.
  • Support sales, pre-sales, and product teams with updated pricing, availability, and technical data.
  • Stay current on Samsung, Lenovo, and AV/IT solution portfolios to support business decision-making.


Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, procurement, and project teams for seamless workflow.
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of customer-facing and internal documents.
  • The candidate will closely be working with the PH & the OEMs in choosing the right products & getting the BoQ with required details for enabling the KAMs to submit the commercials
