Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to lead and oversee projects involving Python and Ignition technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing complex projects. Experience in OMOP FHIR and HL7 is a plus. This role is crucial in driving our companys mission to deliver innovative solutions that make a positive impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of projects using Python and Ignition technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed to ensure project success.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Python and Ignition.
  • Have experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Have experience with project management software tools.
  • Show familiarity with OMOP FHIR and HL7 is a plus.
