Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Spring Boot Microservices and Java along with domain expertise in Wholesale Banking. Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesOversee the development and implementation of technical solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and JavaProvide guidance and support to the project team to ensure alignment with project goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Wholesale Banking projectsEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completionManage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategiesCommunicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior managementFoster a collaborative and productive team environmentEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsUtilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processesContribute to the companys overall success by delivering high-impact projects that support business objectives
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Spring Boot Microservices and JavaDemonstrate expertise in Wholesale Banking domainHave excellent project management and organizational skillsExhibit strong communication and interpersonal skillsShow ability to lead and motivate a teamDisplay problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesHave experience with project management tools and methodologiesBe adaptable to changing project requirements and environmentsPossess a proactive and results-oriented mindsetDemonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyShow commitment to delivering high-quality solutionsHave a strong understanding of industry best practicesBe able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Certifications Required
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Java certification is a plus.
