Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) and CX-Scrum Master with a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effectively and ensure successful delivery. The position operates on a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Payer domain.Oversee the development and execution of project plans ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and establish clear objectives.Utilize Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools to track project performance and report on key metrics.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure agile practices are followed.Manage project budgets resources and timelines ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.Communicate project status issues and risks to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and ensure successful delivery.Foster a culture of accountability transparency and excellence within the project team.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a focus on the Payer domain.Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) and CX-Scrum Master methodologies.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Display proficiency in using project management tools and software to track and report on project performance.Hold a relevant certification such as PMP CSM or equivalent.Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile practices and principles.Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Exhibit a proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address project challenges.Showcase a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
