Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in GCP Hive and PySpark along with domain experience in Cards and Payments. This role involves managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and driving innovation in the financial technology sector.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to establish project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance on GCP Hive and PySpark to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Cards and Payments domain.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment encouraging team members to contribute ideas.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure successful project completion.

  • Possess strong technical skills in GCP Hive and PySpark.
  • Have extensive experience in the Cards and Payments domain.
