Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 7 to 9 years of experience in managing projects within the Finance & Accounting domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Finance & Accounting domainOversee project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completionProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress risks and issuesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaborationMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsIdentify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project outcomesDevelop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and meeting minutesFacilitate project meetings and workshops to drive project objectivesManage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resourcesSupport the development and implementation of project management best practicesFoster a collaborative and inclusive project environmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and outcomes
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant fieldHave 7 to 9 years of experience in project management specifically in CX projectsDemonstrate strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting domainExhibit excellent communication and organizational skillsShow proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesDisplay the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHave a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetDemonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsShow the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelExhibit strong stakeholder management skillsHave experience in risk management and mitigationDisplay a commitment to continuous improvementDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Additional certifications in Finance & Accounting are a plus.
