Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology expertise solution design and architecture security policies and security-centric service management. This role requires excellent project planning risk analysis and risk assessment skills. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Communicating the specific needs of the business to Cybersecurity and acting as the principal point of contact within the line of business or organizational unit for cybersecurity related issues.Identifying risks and assisting the business in making informed technology risk decisions.Participating in key initiatives and projects to ensure that cybersecurity controls are accounted for early within the project and software develop lifecycles.Providing security design requirements and guidance based on IT Policy Standards Procedures and related programsMonitoring industry security updates technologies and best practices to improve security management.Participating in the development of information security processes procedures and guidelines that support information security policies.Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders. Serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert by coordinating and providing multi-disciplinary knowledge skills security architecture and security management.Respond to line of business customer queries about the Cybersecurity program in support of the business initiatives.Report progress and metrics to management on a recurring basis and help foster transparency
Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in technology solutions and architecture design.Exhibit strong knowledge of security policies and management practices.Possess excellent project planning and risk assessment skills.Have experience in regulatory compliance and governance domains.Show familiarity with life and annuities insurance industry.Display strong communication and leadership abilities.Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
