Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M365 Identity management and a strong background in the Education domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Education domain.
  • Oversee project timelines deliverables and milestones to ensure successful completion.
  • Provide expertise in M365 Identity management to support project requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurately reflects project status.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope budget and timeline constraints.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes that align with company objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in M365 Identity management.
  • Have extensive experience in the Education domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in English (Read/Write).
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Be adept at using project management tools and software.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
