Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Hybris and domain expertise in Education. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Hybris implementations within the Education domainOversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesProvide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring adherence to best practices and standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectivesMonitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomesFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders including clients team members and managementEnsure project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date maintaining a clear record of project activitiesConduct regular project status meetings providing updates on progress issues and risks to stakeholdersManage project budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraintsImplement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessDrive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and deliverablesEnsure compliance with organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycleFoster a positive and collaborative team environment promoting knowledge sharing and professional development among team members
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in Hybris with hands-on experience in implementation and customizationHave domain expertise in the Education sector understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this industryDemonstrate excellent project management skills including planning scheduling and risk managementExhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersShow proficiency in project management tools and methodologies ensuring efficient project executionHave a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetDisplay a proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address project challengesPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsDemonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement seeking opportunities to enhance project processes and outcomesExhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyShow a high level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverablesHave excellent English language skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with stakeholdersBe adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
