Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M365 Identity management and a strong background in the Education domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills (read/write) and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to M365 Identity management within the Education domain
  • Oversee project planning execution and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  • Communicate project status updates and any changes to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in M365 Identity management
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in managing projects within the Education domain
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Possess excellent English language skills (read/write)
  • Have a strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Show the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills
  • Be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

    • Certifications Required

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification M365 Certified: Identity and Services
