Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning tracking scope management risk management and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project is essential. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and achievable.Oversee project tracking to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.Provide comprehensive project scope management to ensure all project requirements are met.Implement effective project risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.Manage project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.Serve as a CX-Scrum Master to guide the team in Agile practices and principles.Utilize Agile PLM to manage product lifecycle and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Employ MS Project to create detailed project plans and schedules.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in project planning tracking and scope management.Demonstrate expertise in project risk management and stakeholder management.Have proficiency in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project.Experience in Billing & Revenue Management and Devices is a plus.Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong organizational and time management skills.
